Finishing Touch TOTALLY fixed my car 100%. I was concerned about whether or not it was possible to color match my 2014 Tangerine Orange Pearl Crosstrek--Just got the car back today. PERFECT. I am so impressed. Every step of the way this company was professional. I've lived in Washington, D.C., for the past 10 years, and you would expect to receive amazing customer service on every front from "Your Nation's Capital." Not the case. Finishing Touch of Basalt has the best customer service of any company I've ever worked with. I can't say enough good things about Matt and the company. This was the second time I needed to use Finishing Touch. Both times they did an outstanding job in a timely manner. I wouldn't bring my truck anywhere else.
I was impressed from the minuite I walked in the door. They wanted to wash my car so that they could really see the damage. then they talked me through the process which nobody else did when I was getting estimates. They took the time to let me know things like the issuarance companies like to use after market parts to save money which does not help you if or when you go to resell your auto.
Bottom line for me is that I trust trust these guys and I hope I never need to use them again but if I do no doubt that they will get my business again
