It's not a real Verizon store
Good Verizon store. It's fairly small because of the small town it's in and the few visits it gets. The most people I think I've ever seen in there is about 6 people not counting staff/employees. They have a small selection of phones to look at and accessories and phone cases to buy. The staff is helpful that work here and I have never had a terrible experience with any of them. It is a nice location as it is located right next door to the whole foods market in the area, so you can shop there and then easily access the Verizon store.
Their entire profit comes from up charging Verizon phones and plans. Anything you want from these guys, calling Verizon on the phone is a better option. Worthless store, worthless employees.
Got no help. Every one of their answers was for me to go online and figure it out for myself. I was ready to buy a phone and a new plan but they didn't even want to bother lifting a finger. Why are you here if everything is online?! What a waste of space.
These people are worthless. All I wanted to do is buy a phone, after 2 hours sitting in the store waiting on "more people to come in" they still were unable to help me and rudely referred me to Verizon Custumer Service.
