These people really care about their customers! They went the extra mile for us, spending hours researching an issue, finding the right solution, sending techs to our emergency immediately. Impressed and would call them anytime to come in and help us again.
Called and explained our problem, got the right person for the job. Office was kind and courteous as well as the techs on site, billing was very resonable.
Not only have I used this company for years but they started having a hard time making money so now they are going to their stable accounts and double billing and then showing up on our property without being called and adding services I never asked for. They are sending people that are not trained and doing extra damage that Dan Soderberg can bill for. Then they just sent me a bill from Oct 2012 that they said I never paid. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE>>>>SCAM!
