Very nice park to take a walk in. I am excited to take my dog up there!

A nice park in Basalt, CO. It is open to the public and is dog friendly. It has playground equipment, a slightly big field (big enough to throw balls for a dog to get) and a shelter that anyone can use (you can reserve it with the town of Basalt, but you don't have to, to use it). The park also has a good amount of parking and there is almost always a few parking spots. The park is rarely crowded and almost always has 6 or less people at it, and not always there is dogs in the field, and about 40-50% of the time someone is there, they are with a dog.

Phenomenal hiking. Love the labyrinth up a few miles. Started from Bishop rd in Basalt, Co.

Good place to take kids or dogs to
