Really bad experience overall. Wrote to them and told them just some of the major problems we had and they never even responded. I thought they'd at least say sorry. Stayed in Snowmass during the hottest week of the year. No one mentioned there was no air conditioning and no way to cool down. The room was 80 degrees at 1am and everyone was dripping sweat. We were told 6 people could stay in the condo but it barely fit 3 of us. We would have been way better off just finding our own place and booking ourselves. Totally mislead and disappointed with what we ended up with. Most disappointing is they never responded or seemed to care about this.
I ride for the University of Utah Mountain Bike team and we made reservations to stay here for a race in Snowmass. They cancelled the race Friday afternoon right before we left. They didn't give us any reimbursment of any kind and were not interested in talking about one. Are team gets not funding from the school so this came out of everyones pockets. Horrible experience and would not recommend booking with them as they enjoy ripping off broke college students.

Michelle at Stay Aspen Snowmass arranged a perfect 9 day vacation for our family of 10 last year. She had all the right recommendations for accommodations and restaurants, and the air and ground transportation were perfection. I had not been there for 14 years, and she coached me through all the new technology - lift passes, etc. Then she checked with me several times during the time we were there to be sure all was well. 2016?
